By order dated 25.03.2022, the Applicant was ordered to be released on PR Bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was also directed to report to CBI, ACB, Mumbai, once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. , until further orders.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant be released on provisional cash bail for a period of six weeks. She further states that the Applicant is in custody in other crimes, and as such he will not be able to comply with the condition no(ii) until he is released in the other crimes. She states that once the Applicant is released from jail in the said crimes, he will report to the CBI, ACB on first Saturday of every month, until further orders.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) Applicant is ordered to be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) for a period of six weeks. ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of six weeks furnish P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, CBI , Gr. Bombay;

iii) The applicant shall report to the CBI, ACB, on first Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. until further orders, after his release from custody in other crimes.

iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case , in any manner;

v) The Applicant shall keep the trial Court informed of the current address, mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.

vi) The Applicant shall co-operate with conduct of the trial and attend the trial on all dates, unless exempted.

Vii) The Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
