On the last date learned Advocate for the Appellant had informed that the Appellant/convict died while suffering the sentence in jail. This Court had directed Learned APP to call for a report. 2.

Now report is received. It is reported that the Appellant died while in jail on 4th March, 2024. The copy of said report of the Superintendent Central Jail, Amravati is taken on record and marked as Annexture 'X' for the purpose of identification. The matter thus stands abated and disposed of as such.
