In this Interim Application, prayer is sought to the effect that the Order dated 05.03.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2598 of 2023 be modified and condition imposed in clause No.12(d) be relaxed.

However, at the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that the Respondent-State is intending to challenge said Order dted 5th March 2024 in the Supreme Court.

This is a case where bail was granted to the Applicant by this Court by Order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cri. B. A. No. 2598 of 2023 and within a period of 25 days i. e. on 01.04.2024, the present Applicant has preferred an Application seeking relaxation of condition. As noted in the Order dated 05.03.2024, there are three antecedents committed at various places in Telangana State, Punjab Anand Page No.1

Ms. Khamkar, learned counsel for the Applicant states that C.R. No. 350 of 2011 has been registered with the Mayura Enclave Police Station, Pimtampura, Delhi. The said C. R. has been quashed and set aside, as there is an amicable settlement between the parties. However, in any case, there are two other cases which are registered at Telangana and Punjab State.

However, in the facts and circumstances of this case and as the State of Maharashtra is intending to challenge the Order, no case is made out at least at this stage for relaxation of Condition No. 12(d). 6.
