Heard. The learned counsel Mr. Joshi for the Petitioners, after taking instructions from his client submits that at present they are pressing prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- Anjali Tushar Aswale "b:Issue an appropriate Writ/Order directing the Respondents to consider the Representation dated 16.01.2016 made by the Petitioners by which the aforesaid prayers have been made and the said Representation has been made by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 which has not been decided so far."

32.wpst.11568.16.doc be pleased to direct the Respondents to decide their representation dated 16th January, 2016 as early as possible. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and as the Petitioners' representation is pending for last two and half years, we are of the opinion that the present Petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioners' representation as early as possible but in any case within 12 weeks from receipt of the copy of this order. Hence the following order:- a) The Respondents are directed to decide the Petitioners' representation dated 16th January, 2016 (Exhibit-B page 168 to the petition) on its own merits as early as possible but in any case within 12 weeks from receipt of the copy of this order. b) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. c) Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
