appw.183 & 184.16.4.doc By these applications, the applicant seeks expeditious hearing of Writ Petition No. 1515 of 2012 and Writ Petition No. 3110 of 2015 and also prays that the stay granted by this Court in the said proceedings be vacated.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Registry to add Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 1515 of 2012 and 3110 of 2015 to the final hearing board at their appropriate place, in the week commencing from 5th February, 2018. As far as the prayer to vacate the stay is concerned, the said prayer is rejected.

Applications are partly allowed in the aforesaid terms and are disposed of accordingly.
