The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 24/11/2014 Exhibit "C" has not been decided by the respondent no. 3 as yet. Prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible.
