C. :- 1) The petitioner prays for the following directions :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order, direction, directing respondent No.2 to reinstall the electricity meter bearing Consumer No. 000090890026 on name of the petitioner. On such terms and conditions this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate writ, order, direction, directing respondent No.3 to to make temporary alternate to the supply of electricity till the pending and final disposal of present Writ Petition.

(c) Interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we observe that the petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as permissible in law. In the exercise of writ jurisdiction, no interference is warranted. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
