It is submitted that the present Petitioner had earlier filed the Writ Petition with regard to the subject constrcution. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation.

The Court directed the Municipal Corporation to decide the representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that the respsentation filed by the Petitioner would be decided within four weeks.

In light of that, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the PIL.
