In view of availability of an alternate remedy for redressal of the grievance raised in the petition, the writ petition need not be entertained in exercise of extra-ordinary jurisdiction conferred in view of Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petitioner claims that he has already presented a suit against the Respondent and the same is pending. It would be open for the Petitioner to prosecute the suit already tendered or take steps as may be advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
