P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant/Appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 87 of 2014 requests that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the pending Appeal. 2.

We, accordingly, allow this Application and direction that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the Applicant in the pending Appeal. The appointment of the Counsel be communicated to the Applicant who is undergoing his sentence in Jail.
