This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 100 days in filing the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the service is already effected on the respondents, however, none present. He submitted that the delay is not deliberate. The Appeal is filed by original claimants, who are poor and hence, the delay is condoned. 3.

In view of the submissions made and the reasons given in the Application, delay is condoned.
