Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is entitled for the Family Pension. The father of the Petitioner rendered more than 10 years of service.

In Lok Adalat, Pre-Litigation Pension No. 02 of 2014 under Order dated 01/08/2015 had declined to interfere and had given liberty to the Petitioner to make an application before the Appropriate authorities for Regular Pension by producing appropriate documents. 3.

Learned counsel submits that Petitioner thereafter filed an application with the Minister. The father of the Petitioner was working in a Secondary school with a Junior college. The Petitioner may make an application to the appropriate authority. If such an application is made, the same should be processed and decision shall be taken by the appropriate authority on its own merits and in accordance with law and also preferably within six months from the date of application is made.
