Having considered the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that there was sufficient cause for non appearing of the learned counsel for the Petitioner before the Division Bench of this Court on 8th April, 2011. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and ordered that the Writ Petition No. 2172 of 2011 be restored to its original number. The Civil Application accordingly disposed of.
