Learned APP on instructions from Mr.V.G.Bhagat, HC, Shirur Police Station, submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R No.0122 of 2022 registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune (Rural), police have submitted `B-Summary Report' in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Pune on 21st March 2023. 2.

In view thereof, present application for quashing of C.R No.0122 of 2022 registered with Shirur Police Station, Pune (Rural), does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
