The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation seeks extension of time to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 8 December 2021.

We have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the non-applicants. 4.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that because of the delay on account of the administrative reasons the amount could not be deposited within the time as directed. 5.

The pay order of the amount to be deposited as directed by this Court would be deposited within a day. 6.

The amount shall be deposited by the Applicants in tune with the order dated 8 December 2021 within two days from today.

Rest of the order dated 8 December 2021 remains unchanged.

All Interim Applications are disposed of.
