This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. fled by the Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.155 of 2022 registered with Nigdi Police Station, District-Pimpri Chinchwad for the ofences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 of the IPC. 2.
The Applicant was granted interim bail on 26/04/2022. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has complied with the conditions of the interim bail order. He has attended to the concerned police station and has co-operated with the investigation. It is stated that charge-sheet as against these Applicant is already fled.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.155 of 2022 registered with Nigdi Police Station, District-Pimpri Chinchwad, the Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Ofcer informed of his current addresses and mobile contact numbers, and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.
