The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there were some office objections in the matter and learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by order dated 04th July, 2019 had directed the Applicant to remove office objections within the stipulated time. Office objections were not removed, Appeal is dismissed. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed. The order passed by this Court dated 04th July, 2019 is quashed and set aside. Application is allowed in

The Applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.
