DATED : 28th APRIL 2023 P.C:- On 23/02/2022, interim applications filed by the applicants were turned down by recording the strong evidence, which has emerged against the applicant. It was recorded that the process of appreciation of evidence will have to be conducted at the final hearing stage.

While rejecting the applications, the hearing of the appeals were expedited and liberty was given to prepare private paper book and to circulate appeals for final hearing, upon such step being taken. Admittedly no such steps are taken by the applicant though he submit that out of 10 years of imprisonment imposed upon him by way of sentence, he has undergone 9 Ashish

In any case this can be no ground for renewing the request of suspension of sentence and secure his release on bail, once the Court has directed that hearing of the appeals to be expedited. The application cannot be entertained and hence it is dismissed.
