Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 07.03.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division Devgad, Dist. Sindhudurg at Oros in Regular Civil Suit No. 46/2006 whereby the question posed by the Defendant while conducting the cross-examination of the Plaintiff was rejected. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the Regular Civil Suit itself has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner on 01.09.2016. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
