We have perused the impugned order. We find that no reasons have been given by the learned Single Judge for dismissing the Petition, apart from saying that lower Courts have given concurrent findings.

The impugned order is therefore set aside and the matter is remanded to the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge may decide it on merits and in accordance with law. 3.
