Learned A.P.P. submitted that, during the pendency of this appeal, charge sheet has been filed against the appellant and other co-accused on 21.04.2023. The co-accused Alok Kumar Satish Upadhyay, who had preferred Criminal Appeal No.417 of 2023 had withdrawn his appeal and sought liberty to prefer application for bail before the trial Court.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances the Appellant can be granted liberty to move fresh application for bail before the trial Court. In the event such application is preferred, the trial Court is requested to decide the said application within two weeks from the date of filing the application. Appeal stands disposed off.
