The learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the Respondent consents for transfer of Petition from Family Court, Satara to Civil Judge Senior Division, Malshiras, District-Solapur. Hence, requested to pass appropriate order.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Respondent proceedings i.e. Petition No.A-52/2022 pending N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

41-mca-222-2022.doc before the Family Court, Satara be transferred to C.J.S.D., Malshiras, District-Solapur.
