21. ABA.1076.2023 the said crime. She has been informed by the police officer present in the Court. Therefore, according to her, the present Anticipatory Bail Application does not survive.

Since the charge sheet is filed and the police officer present in the Court states that the custody of the Accused is not required as of now.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that his client will cooperate with the Investigating Officer and will attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 15th May 2023 and 16th May 2023 from 11.00 a.m. till 1.00 p.m and she will cooperate with the investigation. 5.
