Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant-accused. 2.

He could not deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- within a period of six weeks before the trial Court as directed on 23/10/2023. At that time, notice was issued to Respondent No. 2. However, private notice could not be served as envelope returned back with a remark 'left'. 3.

In view of that following Order:

(i) Let the Applicant to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- before the trial Court within ten days from today.

(ii) Interim Application No. 1609 of 2024 is disposed of. 5.

If the amount is deposited, the Complainant-Respondent is at liberty to withdraw the amount and trial Court to allow the withdrawal.

The Applicant is directed to take steps by furnishing fresh address of Respondent No. 2.
