DATED : 27th SEPTEMBER, 2023 P.C:- This is a second bail application, the first one being disposed off as withdrawn on 14/07/2022, when I have clearly expressed that the material compiled in the charge-sheet as well as in the supplementary charge-sheet do not make out any case in the application and therefore, he do not deserve his release on bail. The learned counsel state that the applicant is in custody since 5/09/2019, and though the charge is framed, the trial has not commenced.

This definitely cannot be a ground amounting to change in circumstance, however needless to state that if the charge is framed, the concerned court, which is seized with the matter shall take steps to commence the trial.

Application is rejected.
