Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions from the petitioner no.2, who is present in Court undertakes to pay the balance amount of Rs.46,875/- within four weeks from today to the respondent society towards full and final settlement of the claim. The undertaking is accepted. 2.

It is made clear that if the aforesaid amount is not paid within four weeks from today to the respondent society, the writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to Court. In that event, the respondent society would be entitled to execute the impugned order for the entire amount after deducting the amount already paid by the petitioners. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
