Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have already filed consent terms before the Family Court, Pune in P.A. No.793 of 2017 and seeks to withdraw both these writ petitions. He tenders an affidavit of the respondent affirmed on 11th September,2018 giving her no objection if the petitioner is allowed to withdraw Rs.1,25,000/- deposited by him pursuant to the order passed by this court on 17th April,2018. The affidavit is taken on record. The petitioner would be at liberty to withdraw the said amount deposited by the petitioner in this court pursuant to the order dated 17th April,2018.

Both these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. No order as to costs. 5.

The parties as well as the Family Court and this court to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

The Office is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount with accrued interest, if any, on the petitioner's furnishing authenticated copy of this order.
