In this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the orders dated 12/01/2023 and 20/02/2023 passed by the Respondent No.1 Tahsildar-2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has challenged these orders before the Respondent No.3Apex Grievances Redressal Committee, however, the Committee is not holding their sitting in this week. She submitted that the Petitioner be given a fair chance to put her grievance before the said committee.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 very fairly states that, directions be issued to the Respondent No.3 to decide the Petitioner's grievance on the very next day when the Respondent No.3 will be taking up her matter. 3.

Considering these submissions made before me today, the Respondent No.3 is directed to give notice to the Petitioner as to when her matter will be decided. Once such notice is served, the Respondent No.3 shall decide the Petitioner'

s Appeal No.78 of 2023 at the earliest.

Till the Appeal is decided by the Respondent No.3, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner. 5.
