Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for respondent No.1 - State.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks transit anticipatory bail, so as to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court at Meerut. She submits that C.R.No.00 of 2015 has been registered by the Mahila Police Station, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), as against the applicants, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 377,
ABA 571-15.odt 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The said complaint/FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint filed by the applicant No.1's wife, Saumya Sharma.
Without going into the merits, the applicants are granted transit bail for a period of two weeks, so as to enable them to approach the appropriate Court at Meerut, for seeking appropriate reliefs. It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the application on merits.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
