3-WP.5986.2013.doc IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 5986 OF 2013 Mr.Pratapsinh Laxman Patil } Petitioner versus Bar Council of India and Ors.

} Respondents Mr.Prravartak S. Pathak for the petitioner (absent).

Mr.A.M.Sale for respondent no. 1.

CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & M. S. KARNIK, JJ.

DATE :- FEBRUARY 12, 2019 P.C. :- 1.

Mr.Pravartak Pathak-advocate for the petitioner is absent and so is the petitioner-Pratapsinh Laxman Patil. The writ petition has been appearing on our board regularly and could not be taken up for want of time. The writ petition has been listed in all on 31 previous occasions and particularly after 17th October, 2013. Now, we find that the petitioner and the advocate remain absent. We can safely presume that he is not interested in prosecuting this petition. More so, when his prayer for ad-interim relief has been rejected on 9th July, 2013.

2.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
