Learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed upon him, while he was released on bail on 09/06/2020 directing that he shall not leave the AJN

2/2 30 IA-3164.21.odt territorial jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai during the pendency of the trial.

Learned counsel states that he is placed under suspension on 05/12/2019, while he was discharged his duties as clerk with Tehsil Office at Rajapur, Ratnagiri. He needs to visit his office, in order to get his subsistence allowance and, therefore, seeks permission to travel outside the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai. 3.

Considering the genuineness of the request, I am inclined to grant the same. The applicant is permitted to visit the Ratnagiri District in connection with his employment matters. However, he shall keep the Investigating Officer intimated about his visit.
