After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicants prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. His only request is that, after their arrest, if they prefer regular bail application, it be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Considering these submissions and prayer, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of.

If the applicants prefer regular bail application after their arrest, it shall be decided in accordance with law on its own merits and as expeditiously as possible.
