The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The reasons as to why the delay has occasioned are mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Mr.D.B.Savant opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court.

907-cac-579-2015 my view, therefore, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application. The same is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 18 days in filing the Revision Application stands condoned. List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 14th December 2015.
