This Application is filed seeking bail on the health ground, as the earlier application bearing No.4460 of 2022 was withdrawn on 7th March, 2024. Leave was granted to file fresh application on medical ground.

In view of this, this Court directed learned APP to call for the medical report from the jail authorities. 3.

Now a report is received from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison. A clinical diagnosis only shows that the Applicant is suffering from Allergic Asthmatic Bronchitis. About the present health status, it is reported that he is Haemodynamically BGP.

Unstable. The report is signed by the Chief Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Prison. This Court does not find that the bail is required for proper treatment. A treatment can be given even in the jail.

The Application therefore stands rejected.

Needless to say that the jail authorities will take care of the Applicant in case of medical emergency.
