The learned Counsel for both the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter. They have produced the photocopy of the consent terms dated 19th January, 2018. Both the parties have signed the said consent terms. Pursuant to the agreement, the appellant will withdraw an amount of Rs. 82,134/- along with interest accrued thereon, which was deposited by the respondent. Both the parties are present in the Court.
