Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent No.1 - State.

By this Application, the Applicant presses only prayer clause a) which reads thus:- "a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Court of J.M.F.C., Ulhasnagar, Dist.

Thane to decide the bail application dated 19-12-2015 filed by the applicant in C.R.No.14 of 2015 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ambarnath within a

stipulated period;

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the said Bail Application is pending before the learned JMFC, Ulhasnagar, District-Thane. 4.

Perused the Application.

Considering the peculiar facts of this case and the fact that the Application filed by the Applicant is pending since 19.12.2015, the learned JMFC, Ulhasnagar, District-Thane is directed to decide the Bail Application of the Applicant dated 19.12.2015 in C.R.No.14 of 2015 registered with the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ambarnath within a period of four weeks from today, on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed of. Registry to communicate the said

order to the learned JMFC, Ulhasnagar, DistrictThane, who is seized of the case forthwith. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
