Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Regular Civil Suit No. 241/2014 filed by the Respondent itself stood dismissed for non prosecution. She submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. She seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action, in case the said suit is restored to file. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.
