It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the Applicant that, this Revision Application is preferred against the interim order dated 18th December 2014 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay, in S.C. Suit No.1231 of 2014. Subsequent thereto, on 20th December 2014, the Suit itself was disposed of. The Appeal preferred against the same also came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view thereof, nothing remains in this Revision Application and, therefore, it stands dismissed.
