By this application filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant seeks transfer of the petition No.D-21/2015 filed before the Family Court Thane to the Family Court at Bandra. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instruction from his client states that his client has no objection if the proceedings filed by the petitioner being Petition No.D-21/2015 pending before the Family Court, Thane filed by his client is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai wherein the Divorce Petition being Petition No.A-2978 of 2014 filed by the applicant is pending. The statement is statement.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, miscellaneous civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

The learned Family Court, Thane is directed to transmit the papers and

kvm 2/2 4-MC108.16 proceedings of Petition No.D-21/2015 to the Family Court, Bandra expeditiously. Both the parties are directed to appear before Family Court Bandra, Mumbai on 28th November,2016.

In view of the transfer of the proceedings agreed by the respondent, it is made clear that the Family Court, Bandra shall not pass any further orders in Petition No.D-21/2015 till the proceedings are transmitted to the Family Court at Bandra.
