The prayer in this application is for quashing the FIR by consent. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and after considering the material on record, when this Court was of the view that this is not a fit case at all to exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as unconditionally withdrawn.
