Applicant involved in C. R. No. 187/2015 registered with Lonawala Rural Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Section 302, 307, 120(b), 201 read with 34 of I.P.C. and Section 4(27) of the Arms Act, seeks temporary / provisional bail on the ground of ill health of his wife, who on 18.2.2018 while handling sugar cane juice machine met with an accident as her right hand palm was trapped in the said machine. According to Applicant, for the purpose 1 / 2

914 - BA. 937-18.doc of providing medical treatment and to look after his wife, he requires provisional bail. Admittedly, Applicant's wife after meeting with such an accident was admitted in Atharva Accident Hospital and thereafter in Parmar Hospital and thereafter was recommended surgery. Learned APP on instructions from I.O. makes a statement that Applicant's wife is fully taken care of by his family members and has undergone surgery and thereafter to be discharged by tomorrow. 2.

In view of facts as aforesaid and since there are other family members of Applicant to take care and as Applicant's wife is found provided with medical treatment, no case is made out for grant of provisional bail. Application is, therefore, rejected. Sd/- [P. N. DESHMUKH, J.] Vinayak Halemath 2 / 2
