DATE: MAY 24, 2021 P.C.:- 1] This is an application for regular bail.

2] Mr. Hulke, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for grant of bail.

3] Applicant is arrested in C.R. No.81/2021 for the ofence 1/3

punishable under Sections 353, 332, 333, 143, 147, 188 IPC and under Section 51(b) of the Disaster Management Act. Applicant is behind bars since last about 40 days and investigation qua his involvement appears to be already complete.

4] In that view of the matter, in my opinion, further custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not warranted. 5] Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No.81 of 2021 dated 05.04.2021 for the ofence punishable under Sections 353, 332, 333, 143, 147, 188 IPC and under Section 51(b) of the Disaster Management Act on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. He shall attend the concerned Police Station every Wednesday and Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon till fling of the chargesheet. Applicant shall not try to infuence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence. Two consecutive failures of the Applicant to attend the concerned Police Station would entail the prosecution to move for cancellation 2/3

of bail of the Applicant. The Applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu of surety.
