By this appeal from order, Mr.Thorat Advocate for the appellant submits that appellant has challenged the order dated 21/3/2016 passed by the Bombay City Civil at Bombay in Notice of Motion No.2704 of 2013 in L.C.Suit No.2945 of 2013. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present Appeal from Order, the original plaintiff Ms.Dipti Manjrekar expired. Hence, the Suit stood abated. The same

In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives in the present Appeal from Order.

Considering these facts, Appeal from Order as well as Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous. 6.

No order as to costs.
