At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that charge has been framed and one witness has been examined. There are 7-8 witnesses. He, therefore, states that the trial has commenced and it will be concluded within a reasonable time. 2.

In view of this statement made by Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP, Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within six months. Leave granted.
