This Court by Order dated 25th January, 2024, had directed the Appellant to file requisite number of Decree Forms within 6 weeks from the date of the Order. However the said is not filed till today. On 6th March, 2024, the appeal was on board the same could not be taken due to paucity of time. However the facts remains that the Decree Forms are not supplied this appeal is against Judgment dismissing the suit. 2.

It appears that the Plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal.

The Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.
