This Petition filed on 21 April 2015 seeks quashing of the FIR for offence interalia under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that she is not able to contact the Petitioner and seeks time. 2.

Considering that the FIR under Prevention of Corruption Act was lodged as far back as in 2015 and that there is no interim order during the pendency of the Petition, the proceedings may have advanced further. At this stage, we are not inclined to Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

5-wp-1678-15 exercise our writ jurisdiction. Keeping all contentions of the Petitioner open to be agitated before the concerned Court, we dispose of the Petition.
