The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the proposal is submitted to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 on compassionate ground. Same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP appears for all the Respondents. In case the proposal (Page 33 to the Writ Petition) seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 on compassion ground as a peon is pending with Respondent No.1, then Respondent No.1 shall decide the same in accordance with the law and policy, preferably within four months.
