ssm 2 35-aba552.19.doc In view of the categorical statement made by the Investigating Officer, there is no need to custodially interrogate the Applicant in the present crime.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 5th March, 2019 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend Investigating Officer is waived.

Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
