1) After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of CR No.114 of 2015 registered with Lonikand Police Station, Pune (rural) does not commence within a period of 9 months from today.
