P.C. :- For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, a case is made out to reduce the compensation amount from Rs.3,000/- to Rs.2,500/-. It is made clear that this reduction is taken into account, the circumstances to applicant is 83 years old. Therefore, this reduction should not be treated as precedent by the other tenants / licencies. 2] The order dated 23rd August, 2017 is accordingly modified in the aforesaid terms.
